We do not charge ad valorem fee, but only a set-up fee and an annual recurring fee.

Fees will vary depending on the complexity of the structure and the third-party costs associated with its implementation, such as using corporate service providers abroad.

We charge a minimum set-up fee of CHF 8’000.- and minimum annual fees of CHF 12’000.-
